When the self breaks down - Narrative identity in the context of mental illness

The lecture will first address the question of the self based on Paul Ricœur's concept of "narrative identity". This will be followed by an application in the practical field: using various mental illnesses as examples, the lecture will highlight how self-perception can change and the extent to which narrative identity can be used productively in this context.
