Who am I?

Price: 450.00€

The direct experience of our true nature is the goal of this retreat. The key and path to this is the koan "WHO AM I?", which is the focus of this clearly structured, Zen-related retreat. Also known in the West as Enlightenment Intensive, it originally goes back to the Indian "path of spontaneous completion", Sahajia or Atiyoga. When we combine contemplation with lively communication, the koan dissolves the dualistic separation of subject and object, spirit and matter, absolute and relative, and through non-judgmental contact, openness grows until we finally recognize ourselves in the mirror of the other. When the illusionary knot of our split-off ego opens, all mental and physical tensions simply dissolve by themselves in the vastness of absolute truth like snowflakes in water. Beyond our habitual thoughts and feelings, a completely unlimited, uncreated and originally clear consciousness is liberated. This natural and spontaneous self-awareness, called Rang Rig in Tibetan, is the goal of all meditations. In the process, the ego and its old concepts temporarily dissolve, allowing us direct access to archetypal and transpersonal realms of experience. In this way, apparent contradictions are transcended and boundaries are transformed into places of contact and connection. In our experience, a real healing of our relationship to ourselves and others begins.
