How fast is blue? When does red rest? Creative approaches to individual time

In this workshop, we will deal intensively with the topic of "time" and combine movement and dance with drawing and painting. We ask ourselves questions such as: What makes us come to rest? What accelerates our actions? Where is time for me? When can I just be? After a gentle introduction to the world of colors and shapes, we will get moving but also come to rest. In a playful atmosphere and with the help of simple techniques, we will continue these movements and put them on paper. The result is an interplay between artwork and movement/dance. No previous movement or artistic experience is required, we will move together through simple instructions into the various themes.
