Wild herbs in the forest garden

The participants go on a discovery tour for wild herbs in the forest garden: which species grow where and why there (indicator plants). These are perceived with all the senses and their valuable ingredients are appreciated. At the end, there is a joint harvest - and the participants taste the wild herb spread they have made themselves.
A forest garden for the forest house
A forest garden is being created near the forest house (WaldHaus). As part of the project ForestClimateSpaceproject, it is being planned and designed according to permaculture principles and will also be used by school classes, among others. By selecting certain trees, shrubs and plant species, a small experimental agroforestry system with a large variety of species is developing. Get to know the forest garden at workshops, activity days and other events.
Please remember to bring weather-appropriate clothing suitable for gardening, sun protection and food!
