Workshop: On the trail of nature

On a journey back in time to the Ice Age, children aged 9 and over marvel at cave paintings of mammoths and wild horses in the archaeological museum "Colombischlössle" and discover a tiny carved crawling animal made of gagat. Inspired by the Ice Age find, they make their own little lucky beetle out of wood under the guidance of archaeotechnician Michael Kaiser. Participation costs 10 euros including materials. Tickets are available in the online store. Please give the children something to drink and eat if necessary.
