Wonderful world of colorful shards - introduction to the Tiffany technique

How does it feel to sit in a place where the windows are made of colored glass? What is the effect of a room lit by a colored glass lamp? What makes colored glass so interesting? And how are works of art created from assembled pieces of glass? In this course you will get an introduction to the so-called Tiffany technique and learn how colored glass pictures are made from pieces of glass, copper and solder. After learning the technical basics, you will be ready to create your own small works of art. At the end, everyone goes home with their first small window picture. (Max. 8 participants) All materials required are included in the fee, tools are provided for the duration of the course.
