Between signing the contract and arriving - successfully supporting international employees

Free entry

What we offer you

Recruitment is complete, the contract is signed - for many employers, this is the final step. But for international employees, this is the start of a long and often challenging journey: new language, unfamiliar culture, complex systems and unfamiliar work processes.

In this interactive workshop, participants put themselves in the shoes of new international employees. Using a walking timeline, we will jointly visualize the hurdles, support needs and learning moments that occur in the first six months after signing the contract.

The aim is to raise awareness of this phase and develop concrete ideas on how employers can support their new employees effectively and proactively - from initial contact to successful integration into the team.
