The idea behind it: Outstanding cuisine meets sustainability. A recipe for success that has been awarded two Michelin stars, including one for sustainable cuisine. Whether meat, (freshwater) fish or vegetables, the food is prepared using carefully selected ingredients from the region. For head chef Christoph Kaiser, short distances and direct contact with the producers are important. Guests can expect a modern and seasonal menu with seven to nine courses in a pleasant and elegant atmosphere. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, Jacobi also offers à la carte dishes and a smaller surprise menu.
