The Gottschalk winery was built at the end of the 18th/beginning of the 19th century and has been passed down from generation to generation ever since. Today, Maria and Gerhard Gottschalk run the family business, which has been cultivating its vineyards according to the guidelines of "environmentally friendly viticulture" since 1988.
