B_LAB series: Online course "Basics of online consulting and communication"

The six-week course is aimed at professionals in the fields of education, work and employment who would like to gain an initial overview of online advice and the needs-based linking of analog and digital channels. Specific tools are taught in a mixture of theoretical input and practical exercises with case studies. In a total of six 1 ½-hour webinars (approximately 1 webinar per course week), participants receive input and the opportunity to ask questions and discuss topics and/or practice, depending on the main topic. In addition, participants work independently on various topics each week. Learning on the learning platform provided for this purpose is largely self-directed and is supervised by qualified instructors. The course will take place from 04.06.2024 - 12.07.2024. The webinar dates: Tuesdays from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m., online via Zoom: 04.06., 11.06., 18.06., 25.06., 02.07, 09.07. The total workload is approx. 30 hours, weekly workload approx. 5 hours.
