Consciously effective leadership - manager as coach?

Managers are under great pressure. They feel the market pressure in a dynamic and uncertain environment and the demands of employees. Changes need to be implemented alongside day-to-day work. In times of change, NEW leadership is called for. A coaching attitude is important in order to redesign cooperation and to support the development of employees' potential.

In this interactive evolving impulse workshop, we will explore the following questions

- how leadership is redefined in times of change,

- how employees and teams can be effectively supported in dynamic times,

- how important coaching attitude and skills are,

- how leadership enables real business success

- and how self-reflection plays a central role in this.

The workshop will be enriched by Claudia Gale: as HR Generalist at Elektrizitätswerk Mittelbaden in Lahr, she will share her experience of the challenges faced by managers in recent years and how to deal with them.

Over delicious snacks, you will have plenty of time to get to know each other and exchange ideas with colleagues. Be curious and excited and take away valuable ideas!
