Caritas Conference Center

The Caritas Conference Center Freiburg offers modern meetings and accommodation in a quiet location above the rooftops of the old town. With 15 light-flooded seminar rooms, 53 modern rooms and regional catering, it is ideal for seminars, conferences and further training.

The Caritas Conference Center - part of the training academy of the German Caritas Association - offers an inspiring setting for conferences and seminars directly on the Schlossberg castle hill. The fifteen conference rooms of different sizes (up to 185 m², max. 130 people) are modernly equipped, barrier-free and flooded with natural light. In addition, 47 single and six double rooms (two of which are barrier-free) are available - all with modern comforts and views over Freiburg or into the countryside. An in-house restaurant and bistro provide conference guests with regional cuisine and bistro snacks, while a Schlossberg castle hill terrace offers additional event space with a distant view. Extensive technology (including a projector, microphone system, digital whiteboard) as well as free parking and e-charging stations round off the offer. With a focus on sustainability and service quality, the center is suitable for educational formats, corporate events and private celebrations.
