Tell me your story! - Bringing biographical texts to life

In this course, we want to engage in a writing process that is dedicated to biographical storytelling. The focus is less on our own life story and more on vividly remembering, telling and writing down the biographies of our fellow human beings, people close to us - family members or friends, for example - as well as the biographical approach to people who are foreign or distant to us. Thought-provoking suggestions in the form of creative writing exercises, impulses for research and the question of why a careful and respectful approach is so important help us to develop our own feeling for biographical texts.
