Why Knight Günter cried

Why Knight Günter cried

Legends and tales that have been told in Günterstal over the centuries and that were directly related to the Cistercian monastery founded in 1224 were compiled in the 18th century and passed down to posterity. And so today you can still discover on a tour why strange lights danced on the mats, why Knight Günter wept and what the miracle fountain was all about. The questions of what happened when the grave of Adelheid, the founder of the monastery, was opened and who rescued one of the Günterstäler abbesses from the swamp will also be answered.
