Circus Harlequin

The Harlekin children's and youth circus has been part of the Jugendbildungswerk e.V. Freiburg for over 30 years. 30 to 40 young people between the ages of 8 and 18 work together to create a circus show that is performed on Münsterplatz, in the Haus der Jugend and in the theater. They train and rehearse under expert guidance, as the technical basics of the circus disciplines are an important part of our work. Learning in a group with and from each other should be a lot of fun, but also requires discipline and a willingness to perform, consideration and responsibility.
