Clemens Lang vineyard
The charm of our wines results from their regional identity, the quality-oriented winegrowing production and the creative and gentle care of must and wine in the cellar.
The C. Lang family winery was founded in 1985 by Clemens and Karola Lang in Freiburg-Munzingen. From the very beginning, the mission statement was to produce high-quality, traditionally dry wines. The vineyards are located at the southern end of the Tuniberg and grow in the single vineyard Munzinger Kapellenberg. The focus of the wine range is on Burgundy varieties and new fungus-resistant grape varieties, known as PIWIs for short. The portfolio ranges from fruity, light summer wines to powerful wines matured in oak barrels. With the arrival of sons Vinzent and Viktor, the course has been set for the future. With new approaches and creative ideas, the winemaking tradition at the winery is being continued. The large courtyard with wine store invites you to taste the wines, and guided wine tastings and cellar tours (in English) are also available on request.
