Dreisamstadion (Dreisam stadium)

The SC Freiburg stadium was the first complete solar stadium in Germany. On 2,200m² of solar surface, 275,000 kilowatt hours of electricity per year are produced in the arena, thus avoiding the emission of approx. 136 tons of CO2 per year. As part of the badenova campaign "Energy Turnaround for All", the stadium's CO2 neutrality is to be achieved in the long term.
