Regionalwert Bio-Gastronomie GmbH opened the first vegetarian organic buffet at Adelhauser Klosterplatz in July 2016. The raw products are mainly sourced from businesses in the Regionalwert AG network. Under the motto "everything fresh, everything organic and preferably regional", ADELHAUS offers vegetarian delicacies in the heart of Freiburg's city center.
